Still, the court and the equal opportunity in the workforce commission have both stated  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haaretz.co.il\/news\/education\/2015-06-09\/ty-article\/.premium\/0000017f-f12b-df98-a5ff-f3af481f0000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the law applies also for<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolzchut.org.il\/he\/%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A1%D7%95%D7%A8_%D7%90%D7%A4%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%99%D7%AA_%D7%A2%D7%95%D7%91%D7%93_%D7%9E%D7%97%D7%9E%D7%AA_%D7%96%D7%94%D7%95%D7%AA_%D7%9E%D7%92%D7%93%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%AA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gender identity based discrimination<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and made it a<\/span> <a
