Virtual groups are used by people within the trans community to create a sense of community, and can serve as a source of knowledge and social support.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are several Whatsapp, Facebook and other virtual social groups that you can join.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trans Facebook Groups<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u05d6\u05db\u05d5\u05d9\u05d5\u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1 – \u05de\u05d9\u05e6\u05d5\u05d9 \u05d6\u05db\u05d5\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05e7\u05e9\u05ea \u05d4\u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1\u05d9\u05ea (TransRights – Rights Advocacy for the Trans Community)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

Active since December 2019, this group is intended for consultations, sharing, and discussions on topics related to the realization of rights for people across the trans spectrum. <\/span>
\nThe group is managed by the organizations \u201cGila project\u201d and \u201cMaavarim\u201d. It was founded and is run by members of the trans community.
Most of the support and information provided in the group is based on lived experience and the professional expertise of its participants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u05ea\u05e2\u05e1\u05d5\u05e7\u05d4 \u05d5\u05de\u05e9\u05e8\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05e7\u05e9\u05ea \u05d4\u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1\u05d9\u05ea (Employment and Jobs for People Across the Trans Spectrum)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

The group was created with the goal of promoting equal employment opportunities for people across the trans spectrum. It is intended for trans people who are seeking employment, as well as for trans-friendly employers interested in offering job positions.<\/span>
\nThe group features job postings, job searches and questions regarding dealing with various forms of discrimination in the workplace, and any other topics related to employment within the trans community.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u05d1\u05e8\u05d9\u05d0\u05d5\u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1 (HealthTrans)<\/span><\/a> – Ichilov Forum for Trans Healthcare<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

This group serves as a forum of the MABAT Clinic (\u05de\u05d1\u05f4\u05d8 – Transgender Health Center) in Ichilov hospital. It focuses on health-related topics for people across the trans spectrum, and especially the medical and healthcare aspects of gender-affirming processes.
It was established with the goal of sharing information, asking questions, seeking advice, staying informed and sharing experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u05de\u05e8\u05e4\u05d0\u05ea “\u05e7\u05e9\u05ea” \u05dc\u05d4\u05ea\u05d0\u05de\u05d4 \u05de\u05d2\u05d3\u05e8\u05d9\u05ea (\u201cKeshet\u201d Gender Affirmation Clinic)<\/span><\/a> – Wolfson Medical Center, in Collaboration with Avnei Derech<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

The clinic was established as part of a productive collaboration between the Wolfson Medical Center and \u201cAvnei Derech\u201d hostel for LGBT+ youth, with the goal of expanding access to gender-affirming medical care at Wolfson Hospital.
The group is managed by representatives of both organizations. Its purpose is to make existing knowledge more accessible, offer guidance and advice, share experiences and offer support around the medical aspects of gender-affirming processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

A closed group for trans women, run by Trans Women Israel Association (\u05e2\u05de\u05d5\u05ea\u05ea \u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d9\u05e9\u05e8\u05d0\u05dc) and <\/span>the Trans Home (\u05d4\u05d1\u05d9\u05ea \u05d4\u05d8\u05e8\u05e0\u05e1\u05d9)<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A social group for the non-binary community, where you can share non-binary experiences, advice, humor and support, and celebrate the non-binary identity together. The group is intended for anyone who identifies on the non-binary\/genderqueer spectrum, as well as those who are exploring their gender identity. <\/span>
\n<\/span>The group intended for ages 17 and up, and joining it requires answering all of the membership questions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A group for people who are both on the trans spectrum and on the autistic spectrum (including self-diagnosed individuals).<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>FTM \u05d9\u05e9\u05e8\u05d0\u05dc (FTM Israel)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

A closed social group for people on the FTM spectrum, going through some form of transition from female to male (medical and\/or social). To join, a request must be submitted through an existing group member. The group allows for consultation, sharing experiences, and personal content. <\/span><\/p>\n

A trans advocacy group. The group is public, but personal content may be shared. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Its goals include online education about trans issues, raising awareness of transphobia through tagging, sharing transphobic incidents, and it has a repository of educational materials.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
